To meet the needs of our growing company, Southfield Windows & Doors is currently seeking a full time exceptional, digitally Executive and Personal Assistant.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting manager with daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience with anticipating needs, planning ahead and the ability to be able to take things off manager’s plate
- Receive calls from customers/contractors
- Coordinate calendar and the team’s schedule
- Prepare manager for meetings and do all follow up / action items after meetings

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must be fully proficient with cloud based software, including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good communication skills as you will be communicating with other team members, customers and contractors.
