**What we offer**:

- Flexible working hours, with the option to create your own work schedule either in person or remotely, ranging from 10 to 25 clinical hours per week.
- Compensation per direct client hour, with the starting pay range at $80 per clinical hour with potential for negotiation based on specialization and experience.

- Support to get started in private practice, including referrals, marketing, office space, documentation software.
- The opportunity to collaborate with trauma informed prescribers and legally work with medicines listed in the special access program (psilocybin).

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Master degree in Social Work (MSW) in good standing with the OCSWSSW
- At least 2 years postgraduate experience in a role providing psychotherapy to individuals or groups
- Post-graduate training in at least one bottom-up approach to trauma centered therapy (IFS, SE, AEDP or EMDR)
- Familiarity with other evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT and/or Gottman Method.
- Warmth and strong interpersonal skills for building therapeutic and collegial relationships.
- Ability to acquire your own personal liability insurance.
- Neurodivergence affirming, queer and trans affirming, and anti-racist in orientation

**Additional Strengths**:

- While the role is hybrid (offering either in-person or remote sessions with clients), preference will be given to those near the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in case conceptualization, client-centered treatment planning and clear progress notes, while also remaining adaptable to clients’ needs.
- Dedicated to personal and professional growth to deepen your knowledge and experience your own therapeutic healing.
- Previous training, personal experience or interest in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
- Interest in securing a long-term position within a growing team.
