In 2009 Joanne Nunn established Options Therapy to provide Occupational Therapy services for individuals throughout South-Western Ontario who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. At Options Therapy we understand the importance of a multidisciplinary team and expanded Options Therapy to include Case Management, Social Work, Vocational Counseling, Future Cost of Care, Technology Training, Employability Assessments, Rehabilitation Support, Functional Abilities Evaluations and Financial Counseling. At Options Therapy our focus is working directly with individuals and providing client centered care. We are a community-based team of health care professionals that can work with clients in their home, in the community (work, volunteering, etc.), or if they are in the hospital.

**Qualifications**:

- MSW Degree
- Current registration with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Minimum of three years of clinical/community-based experience
- Valid driver’s license and use of a vehicle with ability to travel
- Experience with motor vehicle accident clients
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral
- Can work independently at home
- Clinical skills in the area of PTSD and family dynamics
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess client's in their home/community
- Develop a treatment plan
- Provide 1:1 counselling support
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Identify community resources to further support recovery
- Provide written reports detailing progress and ongoing recommendations
