**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) accurately, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and confidential.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support physiotherapy office operations by coordinating with the staff members.
- Utilize software systems such as Power Diary or Jane App for patient management and billing processes.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and follow-up appointments.

**Qualifications**
- **AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AT A PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINC AS MOA IS MANDATORY.**:

- Familiarity with phone systems and electronic medical records management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service.
