**Scope of Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Account Executive to join our growing team in the Group Insurance and Pension Sales division. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a client-facing, result-driven environment and has a strong background in group insurance and pension products. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

**Key responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the group insurance and pension market.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized insurance and pension solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, brokers and partners to expand sales opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of group insurance, pension plans, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to client.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales.
- Stay current with regulatory changes, industry best practices and product innovations to effectively sell and advise on group benefits solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on group insurance, pension products, or related financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of the group insurance and pension industry.
- Strong sales practices with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales within the industry.
- Relevant insurance or pension related certifications/licences.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
