We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads to expand our reporting & analytics team. With a strong focus on quality segmentation & ROI optimization, you will develop strategic positioning, actionable insights, market & competitive research and data analytics & reporting.

For this role, you must be able to build and maintain data pipelines. You will be working closely with an interdisciplinary team to tackle challenging digital lead generation marketing and growth-related problems.

You understand the importance of being the face to Contrast Digital’s Clients and partner with your peers leading our Lead Gen, Content Creation and MarTech delivery teams. You have a unique mix of hands-on digital marketing skills: strategy, creative, lead gen and analytics, combined with innovative problem-solving and relationship sales skills to delight our Clients with Revenue MQL growth and superior ROI.

Contrast Digital delivers Lead Generation Revenues for Sales & Marketing Clients in the U.S. and Canada. It creates & optimizes Digital Marketing Demand Generation and Direct Response techniques, tools and channels to acquire MQL's that drive Customer Revenue Growth (New, UpSell, Repeat, Referral and Reviews) with superior digital ROI. Client sectors primarily include Software & SaaS, Tech Hardware, InfoTech & Services, Industrial & Manufacturing, and Professional Services.

This is a full-time role reporting to our Data Science Specialist, Client Services. You will work as a team with Digital Marketing Managers & Biz Dev, Lead Gen, Content Creation and MarTech. Contrast Digital and our other family firms are based in Ottawa-Kanata, although we have always had people working remotely, especially in Toronto. During the pandemic, everyone is working remotely and the team will remain permanently remote.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining data pipelines/databases.
- Partnering with reporting team to set up and pull data efficiently from different sources (mainly Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce and Pardot).
- Adopting new technologies and methodologies when necessary.

**Experience & Skill Requirements**
- Excellent proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads is required, experience with Salesforce and Pardot is an asset.
- Strong ability with Python, or equivalent tools in data engineering (R, Java, Scala, Ruby, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data structure in your scope of work, ability to troubleshoot efficiently and fast.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working with a remote team.
- Can accommodate 8 hour workday hours within 7am - 5pm (EST)
- Critical and analytical thinking leading to actionable insights, strategies and plans.
