**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Full operation of a two-roll open mill system
- Weighing different ingredients following a formula sheet
- Carefully handling rubber at high temperatures
- Unloading rubber from the Mill system
- Obtaining raw material and parts throughout the facility
- Operating an extruding system and guiding the rubber into storage
- Storing product in proper rubber storage within the facility
- Operating a forklift to and overhead crane
- Performing other duties as assigned to support your fellow hardworking team members
- Adhering to all Evolution Wheel Safety standards and policies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to accurately weigh materials
- Able to accurately follow mixing instructions and formulas
- Able to work independently while maintaining required output
- Must be able to read and interpret production drawings and safe operating procedures
- Able to read and understand SDS for different products in use and how best to handle them
- Must be able to be certified as forklift operator and overhead crane operator
- Able to lift 50 - 75 lbs routinely throughout the day
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing including 5S and experience will be considered an asset

**Additional Job Information**
- Employees will be required to provide their own steel toe boots and wear them at all times. All other PPE for this position will be provided by Evolution Wheel.

**About Us**

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
