**Job Title**: Customer Service Associate - Courier & Shipping Service

**Location**: 1595 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time

We are looking for a **Customer Service Associate** to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are detail-oriented, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, understand their shipping and printing needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Shipping Assistance**: Guide customers on packaging, shipping options, and costs; prepare shipments for FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
- **Printing & Passport Photo Services**: Operate basic printing, scanning, and photocopying equipment; assist customers with document handling.
- **Cash Handling**: Process transactions accurately, including cash, card payments, and billing.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve customer queries, track shipments, and liaise with courier companies for updates.
- **Store Operations**: Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese) is a plus.
- Familiarity with courier services (FedEx, DHL, etc.) or printing equipment is preferred but not required - training will be provided.
- Proficient with computers and basic software like MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
