Job description

Essential Qualifications:
**Education**:
University degree with a specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent acceptable combination of education and experience.

**Experience**:
l Three years’ experience managing full-cycle recruitment or overall HR management;
l Excellent client service orientation and demonstrated initiative, tact, diplomacy and discretion;
l Awareness of and sensitivity to issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion;
l Political acumen and ability to interact with senior managers in a manner that facilitates cooperation and achieves consensus;
l Experience writing clear and compelling job postings and effective interview questions;
l Professional and polished presenter, with excellent oral, written communication and active listening skills;
l Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills and the ability to deliver high quality work while managing competing deadlines;
l Experience with or ability to quickly grasp requirements of recruitment policies and practices; highly skilled at providing value-added strategic advice aligned with employment legislation and internal policies and procedures;
l Ability to manage competing demands, accept feedback, and be adaptable and flexible;
l Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 8G5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
