RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer an excellent customer service
- Talk to clients about discovered problems (diagnostics) with their vehicle
- Prepare quotes and estimates of work cost
- Manage the parts inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets
- Leverage the inventory control systems to record and track auto part sales and auto repair work
- Track records for auto parts warranties
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers and sales representatives
- Returning parts
- Scheduling appointments for clients
- Organizing the automotive mechanics’ time
- Prepare customers invoices
- Conduct sales transactions
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership’s guidelines
- Helps answering phone calls
- Must be bilingual
- Tech savvy
- Abide by safety policies and procedures
- Enforces safety requirements
- Supervise the shop employees

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High-school diploma is required;
- At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales is a must;
- Management experience is a plus;
- Excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, administrative skills, and organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory effectively;
- In-depth product knowledge of auto parts;
- Be in possession of mechanics automotive licenses would be an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written;
- Mathematical skills would be an asset;
- Sales and customer service skills;
- Must be bilingual;
