**Novus Glass** is looking for a **Shop Manager**

A day in the life of a **NOVUS Glass Shop Manager**:

- Be responsible for site management.
- Participate in workshop sales / budgeting objectives.
- Increase and maintain customer service and customer loyalty.
- Provide the team with a stimulating and supportive environment.
- Monitor the training and development of personnel.
- Organize all store operations and assign responsibilities to staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and purchases and ensure budget is adhered to.
- Manage inventory of parts / supplies and suggest equipment requirements as needed.
- Handle customer complaints to maintain the reputation of the store.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports to maximize sales and profits.
- Participate in the development of the growth of local commercial accounts.
- Ensure that the workshop achieves the appropriate key performance indicators.
- Assist technicians in auto glass repair as needed.
- Continuously review staff performance to promote development.
- Adhere to national account guidelines.
- Participate in shop meetings and adhere to company and shop policies and provincial workplace safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Management.
