ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the owners, the General Manager is a charismatic and attentive leader with strong business acumen. They are actively involved in food and beverage service, operations, training and inventory, with a strong focus on the overall development of service standards, customer retention, employees and team building.
The success of this role relies on sustaining long term profitability through team morale, employment standards, guest satisfaction, the development of the skills of all crew and managers within the restaurant and achieving financial targets and performance goals.
The FOH Manager must be prepared to work evenings and weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Ensuring complete guest satisfaction at all times, at an excellent level.**
**Ensuring positive morale and employee relations while upstanding ethics of your managers and team.**
**Provide on-going motivation, coaching and effective leadership development of team members.**
**Oversee and ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of property is maintained at all times.**
**Ensure all inventory is maintained to daily standard and ordering needs are communicated to GM / owner**
**Understand & implement all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.**
**Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests**
**Achieving financial targets and performance goals.**
**Computer and administration work when needed.**
**Delegate tasks and follow-up with staff
- ensuring the operation of the business is at all times a well oiled machine.**
**Schedule flexibility
- closing restaurant and working key shifts when needed.**
**Train and lead FOH staff.**
**Train others to: master technical skills, serve guests with enthusiasm, sell as part of the dining experience, assert authority and make judgments.**
**Communication with GM / owner
- being the ‘eyes and ears’ when she is not present.**
**Complete understanding and belief in company philosophy and goals of quality and improvement.**

Looking to hire immediately, 3 years management experience in a fast paced dining room is a must.
