**About Us**:

As we grow, we’re looking for a strong, organized, and hospitality-driven **Front of House Manager** to help lead our team and keep our service running at a high standard.

**The Role**:
As **FOH Manager**, you’ll be the on-the-ground leader of all front-of-house operations. You’ll work closely with ownership and the Director of Operations to uphold our service standards, improve systems, and lead a team of enthusiastic service staff. You are hands-on, dependable, and thrive in a busy environment. When the owners are away, **you’re the eyes and ears of the restaurant.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**:

- Oversee and manage all FOH operations during service
- Actively support and step into service during peak times
- Ensure smooth daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready FOH at all times
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, train, coach, and support FOH team members
- Oversee shift changes / trades as needed
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Foster a positive, respectful, and professional team culture
- **Administrative & Financial**:

- Manage labour budgets and meet weekly/monthly labour cost targets
- Track and report on FOH sales goals in partnership with the operations team
- Oversee tip pooling procedures and ensure accurate, timely distributions
- Handle all FOH ordering, stock, and inventory management
- **Systems & Strategy**:

- Implement and maintain all FOH procedures, systems, and service standards
- Work with Director of Operations to identify and roll out improvements
- Monitor guest feedback and help address service-related issues

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3+ years of experience in a FOH leadership or management role in a high-volume restaurant (minimum requirement)
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to lead by example
- Proven experience managing staff performance, labour costs, and inventory
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
- Experience with POS systems (TouchBistro) and restaurant scheduling software
- A hands-on leader with a passion for great service
