**Now Hiring: Loader Operator - Soil Production Team**
**Location**: Hamilton, Ontario.
**Pay**: $24.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience).

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Loader Operator** to support our onsite **soil production plant**. This role has the opportunity for **continued work through the winter** supporting our snow operations.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assist in producing custom soil blends and managing soil inventory.
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to maintain steady material flow.
- Monitor and manage inventory of blending materials.
- Help with routine equipment checks and minor vehicle maintenance.
- Support other yard and site operations as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Skilled at operating loaders, bulldozers, and excavators.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work weekends as required.
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and a team player.
