**A large Canadian leading agriculture company based in the Hamilton area is currently seeking professional and experienced Front Loader Operators to start immediately.**

Canadian leader in the agriculture industry specializing in the merchandising of farm inputs and value-added agronomic services is currently seeking a full time Terminal-Front Loader.

**Duties include**:

- Load and unload liquid fertilizer trucks, Vessels using overhead pipe and gangway;
- Work between both liquid and dry facilities;
- Participate in the Environmental Health and Safety Programs;
- Follow safe operating procedures;
- Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions, work flexible hours (day and night shift) during weekdays, weekends and holidays, including overtime;
- Work with customers, truckers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner;
- General help around the facility and other duties as required;

**Requirements**:

- Must have 4+ years experience as a Front Loader Operator willing to work outdoors and indoors
- Must be flexible to work various shifts at 2-3 weeks at a time, Days, afternoons and nights from Monday - Sunday. Can start from 5am, 3pm, 6pm, 11pm. Will get 1-2 days oof in week/weekend
- Be comfortable doing 10-12 hour shifts
- Must have working at heights
- You are physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs;
- You are receptive to learn new skills and adapt to change;
- You can work at heights;
- You have a valid G license;
- You have good communication skills;
- You have basic computer skills to operate scale systems;
- You work well within a team as well as work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
