**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations across our 3 clinic locations.
- Manage reception, administrative and support staff and oversee staff scheduling.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance of operations and staff.
- Plan and execute all aspects of hiring for reception, administrative and clinical staff.
- Collect, analyze and present key performance indicators.
- Manage supply inventories.
- Ensure customer concers are resolved in a professional manner, in line with healthOne's core values and standards of practice.
- Manage and maintain clinical and administrative systems (e.g. Jane App, WCB, ICBC and other 3rd party web portals).
- Plan and oversee facility and equipment maintenance, repairs.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
