**The Role**:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to own and evolve the operational backbone of our company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Finance to streamline workflows, solve bottlenecks, and build the infrastructure needed for scale. This is a strategic yet roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role—perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and wearing multiple hats. You will work closely with the Pacificom team deploying Husaria's IoT solutions to ensure efficient deployment, service, and end customer satisfaction.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Build & Optimize Core Processes**:
Create and refine internal processes across departments to improve efficiency, transparency, and communication as we scale.
- **Cross-Functional Execution**:
Act as the connective tissue between teams—bridging strategy and execution, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving quickly.
- **Own SaaS Ops Infrastructure**:
Help manage and improve systems that support the SaaS lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, renewals, billing, support, incident response).
- **Customer Operations**:
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, rapid resolution of support issues, and proactive retention strategies.
- **Data & Metrics**:
Track key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, etc.) and create dashboards that support decision-making.
- **Vendor & Tool Management**:
Evaluate, implement, and manage tools and services critical to team productivity and operational stability (e.g., CRM, support platforms, billing systems). Coordinate with OEM vendors/manufacturers to build out our product line offering, and continue to evaluate/report on new IoT hardware offerings from existing and new vendors.
- **Compliance & Scalability**:
Lay the foundation for future compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) and scalable processes as we prepare for growth milestones like fundraising or market expansion.
- **General Hustle**:
In a startup, needs evolve quickly. Be ready to jump in wherever needed—whether it’s project management, hiring processes, or internal comms.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3-6 years of experience in operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment
- Proven ability to build from scratch—processes, tools, and systems
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with tactical execution
- Strong familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics
- Experience working with tools like React.js, Postgre SQL, HubSpot, Zoho, Stripe, Jira, or similar
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and a bias toward action
- Bonus: exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO), finance ops, or startup fundraising processes

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
