We are searching for a dedicated Barista to craft exceptional beverages and connect with guests. What are the duties to perform:

- 2 years of Barista experience is preferred
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask effectively
- Master crafting all of the drink options on the Alforno menu
- General understanding of coffee/espresso equipment and maintenance
- Welcoming and providing customers with the best servicesAlforno Bakery & Cafe is a special place for a group of coffee lovers who are passionate about creating a bigger meaning and a culture behind the Alforno brand cup of coffee.

- Positive Attitude and unique attributes and skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
- Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
- Must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
