- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes.

- Handle patient inquiries regarding treatments, insurance coverage, and billing.
- Assist in verifying insurance benefits and processing claims.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support dental assistants as needed during patient procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, orthodontics, pediatrics, and CAD is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A background in dental assisting is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
