**Steele Collision** is seeking a Quick Repair Supervisor to join our team**

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the workflow in the collision quick repair shop and ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Supervise apprentices and provide mentorship and training, with a goal of support the development of all apprentices on their journey toward their Red Seal
- Responsible for the onboarding and experience of all new apprentices.
- Ensure there is a foundation of support and development with frequent documented conversations focusing on goals and opportunities for development, guided by the principles of mentorship. For all new and existing employees.
- Grow the internal quick repair business opportunity by creating partnerships with the dealerships within the group for additional business opportunities
- Interact with dealers and customers to provide estimates and address concerns. Responsible for all estimates being completed by the quick repair team
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that necessary supplies and equipment are available
- Stay up to date with the latest techniques and technologies in collision quick repair and share that knowledge with the team
- Performs appraisals, estimates and pricing of body work (collision and rust damage)
- Reviews all estimates prepared by quick repair staff
- Ensures each vehicle has appropriate repair authorization
- Ensure that all repairs are completed in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Knows, understands, and applies municipal, provincial, and federal legislation as it pertains to the dealership
- Attends all required training seminars, meetings, and functions when necessary
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and in good working condition
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensures all safety policy and procedures in accordance with IAPA, WHIMS and company are strictly adhered to
- Manage scheduling and staffing, including vacation scheduling, for the collision quick repair shop
- Preforms other related duties

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in auto body repair or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auto body repair, with a focus on collision quick repair
- Strong knowledge of collision quick repair techniques and tools
- Experience managing and supervising a team of technicians
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to auto body repair
- ASE or I-CAR certification preferred

**Wage: $50,000 plus bonus**
