We are currently looking for a housekeeping attendant for the Hémisphère residential building in Pointe-Claire. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean and maintain floors and carpets in common areas
- Grounds maintenance, indoor parking, storage areas
- Maintain the building's common areas (lounge, outdoor terraces, outdoor exercise areas, swimming pool, gym)
- Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

**Construction**:

- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Good team player
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Customer service experience an asset
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
