**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our vehicle inventory
- Conduct vehicle inspections,estimate and report any damages or issues
- Vehicle inventory control, including selection, pricing, purchasing, disposal, and monitoring and maintaining optimal stocking levels.
- Reporting, including status, aging and turn analysis, special orders, and managing lead time and logístical challenges.
- Coordinating with our sales and administration team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Assist with the preparation of sales and inventory reports
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient operations

**Desired Credentials**:

- Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel (intermediate or advanced knowledge preferred), and the ability to learn and manipulate new software quickly.
- High-energy, self-starter who enjoys multi-tasking and can quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Outstanding organization, lead time, logistic and prioritization skills to ensure multiple tasks get completed on time.
- Can work on your own as well as with others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid Ontario's driver's license.
- Previous experience working in an inter-connected business operation utilizing project management software, automotive purchase and repair knowledge are all considered advantageous.
