**About the Role**:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You’ll be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs, leading educational activities, and supporting each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Take initiative in classroom management, routines, and activity planning
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting plans to meet diverse needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance program quality
- Support children with varying abilities, including those with special needs

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Early Childhood Education (Level 1, 2, or 3)
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Strong English speaking and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic early learning environment
- Bilingualism and/or experience with children with special needs is an asset
