With more than 200 employees in its Montréal, Toronto, and Geneva offices, Croesus has won several industry awards for being a high-quality solution provider and an outstanding employer. **Position**: We are currently seeking a strategic ABM Manager to drive growth within our most critical market segments: Tier 1 and Tier 2 wealth management firms across Canada. As our dedicated ABM Specialist, you will move beyond generic lead generation to orchestrate highly personalized marketing campaigns for high-value accounts. You will partner closely with Sales and Business Development to penetrate complex organizations—major Canadian banks and large independent wealth firms—ensuring the Croesus value proposition resonates with C-suite decision-makers and technology stakeholders. **Main responsibilities** - Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies specifically targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 Canadian wealth management firms. - Sales Alignment: collaborate deeply with the sales team to identify key accounts, map organizational decision-making structures, and develop bespoke pursuit plans. - Content Personalization: Provide content input to the content creation professionals to create account-specific case studies, landing pages, pitch decks, and other collateral that addresses the specific pain points of each account (e.g., portfolio management and rebalancing, compliance, data synchronicity and security, digital transformation, users’ productivity, etc.). - Market Intelligence: With the help of the market analyst, monitor each account to identify "trigger events" (e.g., mergers, executive changes, technology RFPs) to time outreach effectively. - Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the impact of ABM efforts, focusing on pipeline velocity, account engagement scores, and conversion rates, to name a few. **Manager/Leader**:Director, Marketing **Requirements**: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. - Experience (Role): A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing within IT or technology-related sectors. - ABM Expertise: Proven track record of executing successful ABM campaigns targeting enterprise-level clients with long sales cycles. - Language Skills: Perfect command of English (verbal and written) is mandatory to communicate with executive-level stakeholders. **Technical and professional skills** - Strategic Thinker: You understand the complex "buying committee" structure of major financial institutions and know how to influence different roles (CTO, Chief Investment Officer, VP of Wealth, etc.). - Collaborative: You thrive working side-by-side with sales teams rather than in a marketing silo. - Detail-oriented: You produce flawless copy and campaigns that reflect Croesus’s reputation for reliability and security **Other information**: **Why join Croesus ?** - À la carte vacations - Annual salary + Corporate profit-sharing plan - Hybrid work (Laval & Montréal) - Sports program - Gym available at our Laval head office Telemedicine + group insurance (super useful for the family - ) - Group RRSP - Proximity to Montmorency & Mcgill metro - Ongoing training and development plan - Referral bonus - Indoor and outdoor parking & electric car recharging - Croesus boutique - Beautifully renovated and spacious office - Complimentary breakfast every morning - Weekly Happy hours, prepared by our Croesus Life Partner
