**About Me**
I’m an independent artist based in Montreal, performing with a live band and dancers at street events, festivals, and venues. I’m looking to bring my projects to the next level — from bigger outdoor events in parks to high-energy shows in established venues — and I need a dedicated, creative, and organized person to join my team.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact booking agents, venues, and event organizers to secure performance opportunities.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events (street shows, park performances, venue gigs).
- Support networking efforts — attend events, connect with artists, promoters, and music industry contacts.
- Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and day-to-day coordination.
- Source and recruit dancers, musicians, and other collaborators when needed.
- Organize logistics for events (permits, equipment, volunteers).

**Requirements**:

- Based in Montreal and fluent in both English and French.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Social media management experience.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Passion for music, arts, and live performance.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to attend events and occasional weekends/evenings.
- Previous experience in event coordination, arts administration, or artist management is an asset.

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.90-$21.90 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
