If you are curious what working at Trinet is like, come and meet us Be humble, be passionate and be determined, that is what we like at Trinet **Responsibilities** - Manage all aspects of international trade from origin to destination; - Interface with global logistics partners to coordinate international shipments; - Shepherd clients through the complexities of international trade; - Collaborate with the "Growth" team to ensure the highest level of service possible; and - Assist the Management Team with logístical troubleshooting. - Daily updates and tracing for assigned customers - Create all required documentation - Participate in weekly operational meeting and represent the Intl. division - Manage airline and ocean line relationships - Adhere to the high ethical standards of Trinet, “The Trinet Way” - Network to improve the presence and reputation of Trinet. - Continue to develop and maintain proper certification **Knowledge and Expertise** - You are fully bilingual (reading, writing, speaking) in French & English - Minimum of three(3) year of relevant experience as an air/ocean coordinator - Knowledge of all air/ocean Inco-terms, equipment types and modes - You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to grow within a technology-based work environment and quickly adapt to in-house software - A high level of pricing experience and knowledge of airline/ocean carrier lanes, **Personal Skills** - Self-sufficient and dynamic, willing to obtain concrete results within marginal deadlines. - Organized priority management skills. - You have an obsession with client happiness. You succeed when they succeed. - You show next-level attention to detail. - Ability to be part of a dynamic working environment.
