**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial and residential settings.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned duties within designated time frames.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate power tools safely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
