CLEANING TECHNICIAN - CONTENTS

Position Overview: Cleaning Technicians are responsible for the cleaning of contents and premises of water and fire losses.

Essential Job Functions
- Packing contaminated contents
- Cleaning and sanitizing contents
- Re-packing the cleaned contents
- Unpacking the contents at insured’s home and resetting as per pre-loss pictures
- Cleaning the insured’s premises (when applicable)
- Post-Construction cleaning and final walk through with homeowners
- Keep Contents building tidy, clean and organized
- Have a good communication with homeowner during pack-out regarding personal and dangerous contents
- Monitoring packing of trailers and cube vans
- Inventory and documentation of contents
- Supply inventory
- Additional duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Have good computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
