**Calling all **_**experienced**_ **servers, **our full covered rooftop patio_**LA FAVELLA**_ is looking for _**permanent PART-TIME and FULL-TIME servers**_ for a high-volume dining establishment. Must be available on _**FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS, ALSO DURING THE DAY**_
- **Must have availability during the week and evenings, holidays and weekends**:

- Can multitask, remain calm under pressure
- Foster a positive environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays of drinks
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- The utmost of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must hold a valid **Smart Serve certification**
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of drinks to customers' tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour
