The goal of the **Customer Financial Services Team (CFS**) is simple: continue to deliver a high level of customer service to our internal and external partners, by reducing accounts receivable delinquency to avoid bad debt, while supporting sales and operations goals and objectives.

**Customer Financial Services Representative**

**Major Accountabilities**:

- Implements ICONIX’s credit and collection policies for designated accounts by monitoring and maintaining customer accounts within the prescribed credit terms, using proactive risk assessment methods and management of customer project limits.
- Resolves outstanding accounts receivables issues in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to department guidelines and procedures, while consistently meeting month end targets and closing schedules.
- Escalates high risk accounts or claims and discrepancies that may affect financial results to Senior Management.
- Responsible for reconciliation and maintenance of customer accounts, resolving billing/pricing discrepancies, unearned/earned discount, unclaimed property, holdback, unapplied and/or short payments. Reviews and reconciles accounts receivable reports regularly.

**Qualifications** : Qualifications for this role include:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree or Credit Institute of Canada CCP Program Certification would be an asset.
- 2 years related experience.
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, multitasking, analytical, prioritizing and communications skills both oral and written. Excellent PC skills for word processing and excel spreadsheet analysis;
- Must possess a willingness to provide a very high level of quality customer service both internally and externally in a positive and professional manner.
- Minimum qualifications include passing ICONIX’s background and reference checks.
