**Job Description**:
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for performing all duties related to his or her position in order to provide an excellent customer service experience to our internal and external partners and to maintain our strategic position in the tire distribution industry.
- Manage sales orders via Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL and Excel systems
- Respond to customer needs based on product availability
- Request advice, price, date and delivery status
- Process the box of requests
- Follow the training of suppliers
- Participate in continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Bilingualism, spoken and written, is mandatory (French - English)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP and SQL management systems
- Interpersonal, service and customer solution oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Thoroughness
- Good communicator both orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories an asset
- 1 to 3 years experience in customer service or in a similar position
