**The Role: IT Operations & Client Service Lead**

As a key member of our IT management team, you’ll oversee IT operations for a select portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless IT service delivery, strategic oversight, and superior client experience. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate IT projects, and ensure high performance across technology solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and outstanding communication skills.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and manage IT operations, strategic initiatives, and technology management for high-value clients.
- Act as the primary IT liaison, building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Oversee IT processes such as procurement, asset management, contract negotiations, and change management.
- Monitor IT performance metrics, service levels, and key operational KPIs to ensure excellence.
- Provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, network design, and IT support best practices.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships with managed service providers and third-party IT partners.
- Deliver VIP, white-glove executive support for high-priority clients.
- Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Enforce IT policy, security standards, and compliance best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven Experience**: 8+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in IT management, account management, or MSP service delivery.
- **Enterprise-Level Expertise**: Experience working with complex business systems, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- **Leadership & Initiative**: A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, drive strategic outcomes, and lead with confidence.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- **Customer-Centric Focus**: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT services and enhancing user experience.
- **Commitment & Drive**: Willingness to go the extra mile to meet critical deadlines and operational needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Industry certifications such as PMI, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus.
- Experience leading IT teams or managing enterprise-level IT projects.

**Location & Requirements**
- **Location**: This role is based in **Surrey**, with the expectation of in-person collaboration with clients and remote interactions.
