MyFamily Canada Distribution the exclusive Canadian distributor of MyFamily pet ID tags and Techla engraving machines is seeking to fill the role of **Executive Assistant**
The Executive Personal Assistant will be accountable for supporting the personal, administrative, organizational, and daily needs of our president / CEO
- Maintain and monitor the President / CEO calendar by coordinating appointments, meetings and facilitate prioritized response to matters requiring attention.
- Draft communications on behalf of the President / CEO as required
- Review all documents, reports, and correspondence and prepared for executive for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.
- Create and maintain executive filing system, including process improvements and digitization.
- Identify and respond to requests confidently and be a professional representative of the executive.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation etc.
- Assist with project coordination and completion of assigned tasks
- Act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and develop solutions
**- You will be asked to take on special projects or initiatives that don’t fall under a specific coworker or department.**
- **Requirements**_
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Propensity to cope with quickly shifting priorities with patience and flexibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, )
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Positive attitude, patience for detail, a high degree of self-awareness, personal accountability and integrity, and a drive to get things done.
- 5+ years’ experience in a past similar role.
- Post-secondary education in business management or administration a definite asset
- English Native Fluency.
- French Working Fluency.
Spanish Would be an asset.
- Sense of humour
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
