**Automotive Sales and Leasing Representative**

Ottawa's newest **Hyundai** dealership is setting records and needs to add to our team to meet consumer demand. We are seeking an experienced **Automotive Sales Representative** who is self-motivated with a mature outlook. **We are looking for full time Automotive Sales and Leasing Representatives to join our Sales Department immediately.**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in the selection of a vehicle
- Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers
- Cultivate a network of referrals: family members, neighbors, associates, previous customers, etc.
- Involve yourself in the community and industry organizations or groups in an effort to promote yourself in the automobile business, and as a representative of the company
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as established by management
- Reassure networking and repeat business

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Background in customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for the position
- You will present new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale.

**Personal Attributes**:

- You pride yourself on being a product knowledge specialist/expert who can sell the true value of the vehicle and the dealership and can easily tailor their selling approach based on the clientele
- You are self-motivated, goal oriented and able to take direction and positive feedback to ensure a smooth and client friendly transaction.
