**Surgenor Automotive Group** is setting records and needs to add to our team to meet consumer demand. We are seeking a **Automotive Sales Representative** who is self-motivated with a mature outlook. If you wish to make a career commitment that provides you with the opportunity for more income (our smaller sales team members each have a better potential for more sales), more training, while respecting your desire for flexible hours, consider joining our team as an **Automotive Sales Representative.** French Speaking is an asset.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in the selection of a vehicle
- Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers
- Cultivate a network of referrals: family members, neighbors, associates, previous customers, etc.
- Involve yourself in the community and industry organizations or groups in an effort to promote yourself in the automobile business, and as a representative of the company
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as established by management
- Reassure networking and repeat business

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Background in customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities in English and French
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- The ability to use social media as a resource to promote yourself and the dealership
- Professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for the position
- You will present new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale
