Automotive Sales Representative

**Job Description: Experienced Sales Representative** **Ottawa Honda** is looking to add a talented and experienced Salesperson to our strong team of Sales Professionals. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, including proven expertise in Finance & Insurance (F&I) an asset. **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate effectively as a team player within our sales team. - Proactively generate leads through networking and a strong social media presence. - Utilize excellent negotiation skills and a strong "closer" mentality to drive sales. - Present and sell F&I products, including warranties, insurance, and financing options, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain high levels of follow-up to ensure ongoing customer engagement and repeat business. - Communicate effectively in English; French is an asset but not required. **What We Offer**: - One of the best compensation packages in the industry. - Comprehensive group benefits package. - A positive and professional work environment. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales. - OMVIC license required. - Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles. - Valid G driver’s license. - Professional personal appearance. - Excellent communication skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. - Authorization to work in Canada. - Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including criminal background checks and driver’s abstract. **Job Type**: Full-time **Flexible Language Requirement**: - French not required **Schedule**: - Monday to Saturday **Supplemental Pay Types**: - Commission based **Work Location**: - In person Pay: $39,964.35-$110,927.63 per year **Experience**: - sales: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: - OMVIC (required) Work Location: In person
