**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential customers through online channels to generate leads and close sales.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to final sale, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage inventory control, and maintain accurate records of customer engagements.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting products online.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, dealership experience, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in public speaking events or webinars to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in high-end or automobile sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong math skills for retail math calculations related to inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
