- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Work closely with dealership staff to ensure seamless communication between online inquiries and in-store experiences.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred, particularly within a dealership environment.
- Familiarity with sales management practices and techniques is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
