**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using a POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while managing time efficiently.
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have their own vehicle or have reliable source of transportation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
