**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook poutine dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area throughout the shift.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn food preparation techniques.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality in food presentation and service.
