**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Research and analyze information relevant to proposal requirements and client expectations.
- Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that adheres to company standards.
- Utilize Word processing software to format proposals professionally.
- Create diagrams and flowcharts using Visio to enhance proposal clarity.
- Proofread all proposal materials for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to guidelines before submission.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates and past submissions for reference.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals while managing multiple deadlines.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in proposal writing or a related field in a consulting firm is preferred.
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
- Proficiency in Word processing software; experience with Visio is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- BILINGUAL FRENCH AND ENGLISH A MUST FOR THIS POSITION

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
