As a technical writer, you'll use your writing skills to highlight the company's experience, its people and the technical information needed to develop high-quality proposals that meet tender requirements. With an eye for detail and a creative mind, you will collaborate with team members and ensure that proposals benefit from the best visual presentation, to highlight key messages and winning themes. **What You Will Do**
- Take the lead from the outset in analyzing RFQs, RFPs and RFIs, and play a key role in determining proposal requirements and the structure of all deliverables;
- Use your proven writing skills to ensure that content is fluid, coherent, persuasive, and that key messages and winning themes are emphasized;
- Keep the brand strategy in mind and work with our graphics team to create templates that stand out and select the perfect images and photos to complement the written content;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, external professionals and customers to achieve the proposal's goals, vision and strategy;
- Be a key member of the proposal closing process and celebrate its completion and success.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Education: Relevant university training.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in preparing qualifications/proposals.
- Knowledge of the construction industry an asset.
- Skills: Perfect command of written and spoken French. Proficiency in InDesign, Acrobat, Word.
- Personal qualities: Efficient work organization. Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work as part of a team. Highly adaptable. Respect for deadlines. Attention to detail.

**Salary**: $29.33 to $37.00/hour

Bonuses may be awarded at the employer's discretion, depending on the employee's performance, the company's financial health and the employer's overall assessment of the TFW's work. Should the employer decide to grant a bonus, the amount and frequency of the bonus(s) will be at the employer's sole discretion.
