Red Deer, Canada Precision Fiberglass Piping Inc. Full time

Precision Fiberglass piping Inc. is currently seeking a 2-3 year Experienced HSE Administrator and Purchaser.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experienced in SECOR and AB Transportation Safety Maintenance to Manage, Organize, Prepare, Maintain and upkeep Monthly and Quarterly Health and Safety Maintenance files (ie: Monthly Truck/Trailer Inspections, Quarterly Safety Meetings, JSA’s)
- Responsible for keeping current the scheduling of appointments for Safety CVIP’s, H2S Monitor Recalibration, Fire Extinguisher Annual Inspections, Safety Training Courses and updating of lists
- Assist in revision and development of Policy Manuals as required for SECOR Company Safety Manual and AB Transportation Manual
- Track and monitor documentation submissions for Compliance: Complyworks, ISN and Avetta for forwarding to Company Safety Management Coordinator
- ELD Log tracking and management
- Purchasing and maintain upkeep of PO book for all Materials and Supplies ordered
- Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of Tasks
- Additional Administrative support as assigned
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
