- Leveraging databases to identify potential customers.
- Providing regular reports on lead generation to the management team.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries and following up on quotation requests.
- Coordinating scheduling and appointments for our Account Executives.
- Maintaining precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Continuously communicating with current clients to explore additional opportunities.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
- A highly motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective engagement with our valued customers.
- The ability to build strong rapport with clients through outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Competence in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

**Expected hours**:37.5 per week
