**Best Truck Service is Peace River's Volvo, Mack & Cummins heavy truck dealership serving the Peace Country for over 40 years. We are Peace River's only OEM truck dealer with a large and loyal customer base supported by a parts and service team that is diverse and talented. While we specialize in Volvo, Mack and Cummins, we service all makes of heavy trucks and trailers for class 6-8 in order to ensure we can provide support to all of our customers regardless of their preferred brand. We even have a crystal ball that tells us what the problems are without even diagnosing them.just kidding, there is no crystal ball, but out techs make it seem like we have one**

We provide bumper to bumper service and repair, including preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, suspension repair, and we're experts in engine, electrical and all things technical. We enjoy a challenge and take pride in our work Performance is everything here, we back up our team with ongoing OEM training and an experienced group of staff and management.

**Requirements**:

- Long-term sales career focus
- Honest character with integrity and high ethical standards
- Good personal skills, enthusiastic and energetic
- Reliable, dependable and able to stay on task
- Highly motivated and hard working
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

**Our service advisors main responsibilities are**:

- Top level customer service - greeting customers in person and on the phone
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers
- Market yourself to build a client base
- Scheduling customer repairs and vehicle maintenance according to priority and shop workload
- Interpreting customers vehicle complaints and creating repair orders for our technicians
- Gathering and inputting accurate and detailed information in dealer systems
- Performing preliminary vehicle checks to expedite the diagnostic and repair process
- Interacting with service and parts technicians to provide accurate estimates and detailed repair information for customer authorizations
- Advising customers on recommended services and best practices
- Working with 3rd party payment authorization services
- Booking repair orders and processing customer invoices when repairs are complete

**Salary: Determined based on experience**

**Salary**: $54,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
