**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Fit Specialist who will play an integral role in the Production team, working in close collaboration with the other channels. The incumbent will ensure that the garments meet the aesthetic, fit and construction requirements while maintaining constant streamlined communication with the teams cross-functionally.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
- Measuring and specifying proper fits
- Verifying workmanship of garments & making suggestions on improvements
- Attend fit sessions with live models and produce comprehensive feedback
- Collaborate with designers, production teams and overseas vendors to ensure quality and production requirements
- Prepare initial specs based on the sketches or tech packs provided by the design teams
- Analyze and adjust fits with Designer and make appropriate corrections and clearly translate them overseas using sketches & patterns.
- Verify grading and pattern making information and follow up with supervisor for approval
- Ensure the consistency of the fit, specification, quality, and construction of each garment.
- Assist to develop product standards across categories for fit, construction, quality and tech pack formats and maintain accuracy/consistency.
- Collaborate and support all Research & Development projects.

**WHO YOU ARE**
**Your achievements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field
- College education in fashion
- Strong understanding of Excel
- Up to date on trends in the Menswear industry
