**SNOWPLOW TRUCK DRIVER**

Pioneer Construction is looking for loyal, hard-working, and self-motivated employees with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill the position of Snowplow Truck Driver in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. This is a full-time position available with competitive wages, pension, and a benefits package.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operate company equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, including greasing and cleaning.
- Perform mandatory pre and post vehicle inspections
- Constantly monitor vehicle fitness, load security and ever-changing conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic hours of service logs and vehicle inspections
- Secure all loads, materials, and equipment
- Display professionalism toward our company and customers
- Must maintain a clean and tidy work environment and equipment, both interior and exterior
- Complete City Route/Material/Billing paperwork completely
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:

- A valid Class DZ license is a must
- Experience driving a plow truck is an asset
- AZ license is an asset.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to operate plow truck and experience in winter works operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and management on site
- Good physical condition with the capability of repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in inclement weather.
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes as dictated by the needs of our customers.
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies
