**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate snow plow vehicles and equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and walkways.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing weather patterns.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment, including checking fluid levels and ensuring proper functioning of all components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others while operating machinery.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, which may include building, digging, gardening, irrigating, and maintaining outdoor spaces.

**Skills**
- Proficient in operating power tools and hand tools related to snow removal and landscape maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during high-demand situations.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods while working outdoors in winter conditions.
- Attention to detail in ensuring thorough snow removal and maintenance of areas.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Additional pay:
