**CLIENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - FULL TIME**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Account Management as directed by Operations Leader**
- Execute trades and process money movements with precision and efficiency
- Implement and maintain systematic trading instructions
- Prepare comprehensive client files for advisor meetings
- Update client files post-meetings as per advisor instructions
**Operational Support**
- Provide creative and technical support to the Client Operations Leader and Financial Advisor Team
- Execute complex transactions and complete assigned projects
- Assist with high-priority transactions and client instruction execution
- Support documentation process, ensuring completeness and compliance
**Quality Assurance**
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of client documents
- Focus on delivering high-quality service consistently
- Serve as a capable backup to the Client Operations Leader
**Collaboration and Communication**
- Work cohesively with the team to manage multiple client requests
**Qualifications**:
**Professional Experience and Credentials**
- Minimum 2 years in client service, operations, or administration within the financial sector
- CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization) license strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in securities, insurance, financial planning, and/or banking
**Technical Skills**
- Experience with Securities Trading Platforms preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM software, and database navigation
- Strong financial acumen and ability to execute complex transactions
**Communication and Client Service**
- Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and professionally
- Strong client service orientation with a focus on confidentiality and quality
**Organizational Abilities**
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational prowess
- Proven track record of implementing efficient systems
**Personal Attributes**
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced financial environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to serve as a capable backup to the Client Operations Leader
**Additional Requirement**

Competitive Salary Range
