Financial Facilitator: Manage bank deposits for received checks and credit card payments, ensuring seamless processes. Resolution Expert: Tackle residential account issues head‑on, ensuring our clients are delighted with solutions. Master Organizer: Maintain organized customer files and up‑to‑date filing systems. Scheduling Savvy: Coordinate Route Managers’ one‑time work and home services, ensuring follow‑up for customer satisfaction. Month‑End Maestro: Play a pivotal role in completing month‑end tasks. Tag Tracker: Keep an eye on missing tag reports, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Supply Sourcer: Order office supplies, keeping everything running smoothly. Chain Account Extraordinaire: Handle chain account functions, including reporting, scoring, and procedural knowledge. Team Support: Provide assistance to branch staff as directed by the Branch Manager. Desired Skills And Experience Customer-Centric: Bring one or more years of customer service experience to the table. Communication Guru: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering positive interactions. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortably use various hardware and software tools to streamline tasks.
